The primary goal of ProMet is to deliver on-time, cost-effective studies or projects with a level of service that meets or exceeds the diverse needs and expectations of its clients.

To support this goal ProMet shall establish and maintain effective and integrated business processes and operating controls on all studies and projects.  ProMet’s senior management recognises that a commitment to quality throughout its operations is the key to meeting this goal.

The business processes and operating controls are incorporated into ProMet’s Quality Management Systems which, over time, will achieve compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
